What is Aerial Fitness?
Aerial fitness involves performing movements and poses while suspended using equipment like fabric, poles, or hoops. It combines strength, flexibility, and balance for a fun, challenging workout. There are two types: aerial acrobatics, focused on tricks and stunts, and aerial arts, which emphasizes graceful transitions and combos. Samasta specializes in beginner-friendly aerial arts, where strength and flexibility are built from the ground up, making it accessible to all ages and backgrounds.
